Stop being chauvinistic.

Anyway, if I'm not mistaken, I believe Aestherfukz is a girl.

So jokes on you!
If I'm a girl than you're my lesbian Princess Bride!

Well it took over 2 years, but the day has finally come. I just bought Ninja Gaiden 2 but before I could even put it in my Xbox 360 I encountered the RROD for the first time. Will Microsoft still fix it even though it's not under warranty anymore? After all, it's their product that was faulty, not my treatment of it.

Of course I'll have to send it in. That's not an issue. I just don't want to pay another $600 for a new Xbox 360.

I finally got Rock Band.

Played a full band on day one.

Great stuff.

Drums are impossible.

I found the flute to be the most challenging.

Well, I finally have picked up one of those fancy next gen systems. Got the 360 and SoulCalibur IV. Will probably be getting the internet stuff ready in the next few days or so. So far, great little system and great game to go with it.

Awesome.

You should get Geometry Wars 2 and we can have some high score competition.

Also, Ikaruga.

Hit me up with your gamertag when you're all set up.

yeah i've been hearing great things of Braid. Platformers aren't normally my thing but I kind of want to try that one out. Probably hit up the demo soon.

Just wrapped up Braid. Thought it was great, probably one of the best I have played in a long time.

By the way, my Gamertag is Ayanami77Ivy for those who wish to add me to friends lists and stuff.

Unfortunately my internet connection does not seem to jive all to well with the 360. I have terrible lag for the most part, and only log into the XBLA messenger only half the time it seems. :(

Any other Xbox Live Arcade games people can recommend? There is quite a few and I have some points left over after Braid. I am trying to save some for Bionic Commando when it comes out though.

Lumines is still great and Doom costs only 400 points now, I think.

Pac-Man Championship Edition is a must buy.

Ikaruga, N+, Metal Slug 3, Puzzle Fighter the list is endless.

Great fucking library of stuff on XBLA.

I'd kill to get anything related to Metal Slug on the PSN Store... Commando 3 is nice, but it's no Metal Slug :/

The guys who made Pac Man Championship are making Galaga Legions. Looks amazing.

Been playing a lot of Geometry Wars 2, Omega Five and Space Giraffe.

Space Giraffe is amazing once you figure out what the hell is going on and how to play it. Lots of fun.

Saw the trailer for "The Rise of the Argounat". It can turn out to be a really good game, however I think I read somewhere that its the first RPG that these guys is going to release.

Havent you seen the comic video diary for Dead Space yet download it and watch it :D

Right now Im making my way through BF:Bad Company, really kicks a** online :D

Seems Wide Open West and Xbox Live do not get along. My connection has been giving me some problems while trying to play SoulCalibur online. :(

Any way, picked up Mass Effect. Fucking Fantastic.

Bionic Commando Rearmed is also sweet.

Great title in spite of its technical problems.

Along with the XBLA games that Femto mentioned, I recommend Rez and Puzzle Quest, if you haven't already played them on other systems.

I am not that deep into the game as of yet. But I am curious, what technical problems are you talking about?

The game has crashed on me once, but other than that it has been relatively smooth sailing. There is definite slowdown here and there, but nothing game crippling it seems. I do play an infiltrator, which stays put and snipes mostly, I don't know if that has something to do with it.

I do have Rez already for the Dreamcast, and I am not a fan of puzzle quest.
I did download Galaga Legions however and so far that game is really good. Better than what I was expecting for sure.

I've played a bit of the 360 but mostly I've played it on Windows.

It has crashed on me on 360, but there are way more technical issues with the Windows version. However, 360 has a kind of convoluted HUD Interface where while pausing to issue orders, it gets a bit complicated at the heat of the battle where you have to select a character to access his skills/techs in order to cast them. Not really user friendly. Luckily, the Windows version corrects this, and also improves on the item sorting as well.

I don't know, I find engineers useless in the game, I'm mostly either soldier or bionic, and I get someone like Garus to open my locks and stuff for me.

There's just a lot of slowdown and a lot of pop-up in the game.

It's starts to hurt the experience a bit after a while.

I can't believe I didn't mention Rez.

If you have an HDTV you should definitely re-buy this game.

It's 10 bucks and totally worth.

Bionic Commando: Re-Armed has been pretty great so far too.

Yeah, I can see that being the case after playing it for some time. I am just so enamored with the game right now that it is less of a burden.

As for Rez, I need to get some more MS points to pick that up, and also support the shooter scene by grabbing Ikaruga and Trigger Heart Excelica.

Castle crashers kick a** :D

To bad Too human won the award for crappiest game within this year (so far), a total letdown :(
I set my hopes to Sacred 2 when it comes to 4 Co-op hack n slash ala Diablo style.

Got a chance to play Castle Crashers 4 player when Ayanami DL'ed it for his Xbox. Best multiplayer beat 'em up I can remember playing in a very long time. The fun is there, the humor is there (Although I think they go a little overboard on the poop humor, what with the forest level where every other animal shits itself and the Bat with giant Radioactive dumps) It's also surprisingly long, we played for like 3 hours and it didn't seem anywhere near the end. The only thing I have a beef with it the way you have to weapon juggle with your friends if you all want to unlock a new weapon you just found. I understand why it's that way, but it doesn't make me any less annoyed by it.
