Just got Valkyrie Profile: Silmeria for PS2 yesterday (apparently the game came out this month in germany, but was out long before FF XII in america?). Awesome game, I really dig the unique combat system, and the fact that you have more then the usual 5-6 characters available for the party.

I have been Soul Calibur fan since the uber cool days of Soul Blade and dreamcast's Soul Calibur. I have been lonely in this forum for that love ever since i joined in 2005. People here think Tekken is good/great, Guilty Gear or whatever. Best thing Dreamcast wasnt Shenmue who died away but it was for showing the world Soul Calibur.

Nice to finaly see someone with great taste.

Soul Calibur games i buy without even bothering with reviews and stuff. Its the only fighting series i have faith in. I dropped Tekken after Tekken 4. Street Fighter i havent played for real since mid 90's. Soul Calibur is the best FIGHTING EVER IMO.

Not the best fighter out there in any conceivable way.

Probably my favorite 3D fighter though.
