I have some plastic statue like figures that a friend bought in Japan. They're about six inches tall, and pretty high detail. They don't move much though. I have two of Gatts and one of Casca. They look about as good as that one of Judeau.

Looks like the female is making a fool of the male in this one. The next statue you buy should be Puck bending over Isvella(SP?)

Fuck, that is awesome. I want that. Personally, once I get the cash, I'll be one of those.

I just purchased the redesigned behelit a couple weeks ago which is much better than the previous model. It should be arriving any day now.

I've wanted that one badly for a while now, I saw it on ebay for $300 a while ago (With some awesome pictures of it) but it's gone now. The Puck statue is pretty cute though and I wouldn't mind having a behelit. I really wish I had the money to buy something Berserk related but I guess I'll just have to wait.

I've been toying with the idea of getting an art of war statue off ebay if I can get a good deal, but I want to make sure I don't get some cheap knockoff. With anime DVDs, the bootlegs are low disc count and have chinese subtitles - thye're easy to sopt. What should I be looking for in one of these auctions?

There he is!

Any sort of awe I may have derived from the figurine is abolished by the happy-go-lucky porker standing next to him. :x

I have picked up a couple Berserk figures over the past couple years. They are just cheap ones I found at the local Suncoast. Nobody ever bought them, so I just waited a while and then got them at 50%-75% off.

Sorry for the blurry picks, I am trying to hold my cheap webcam as still as possible.

I also have the Behilit necklace hanging from the rear-view mirror in my car. Everyone that gets in my car says "WTF is that thing?", I have tried explaining it in the past, but now I just tell them they wouldnt understand and to ignore it.

LMAO! Reminds me of the outtakes...the one of the announcer doing the intro & he says "...no, really....what is that thing, I've never seen the show!?"

Btw, Hi Gaiseric, good to 'see' you again :)

For some reason, seeing this closeup of Griffith, Caska & Guts, w/the poster in the background makes me think of some silly dialogue between Griffith & Guts, w/Caska looking on...

Griffith: "At the age of 14 a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved my testicles. There is really nothing like a shorn scrotum...It's breathtaking-I suggest you try it."

Caska: ....

Guts: WTF? I'll fucking KILL you!

Personally, I'm still praying that Kotobukiya will make a Golden Age of the Hawks series. I'd kill to get my hands on a Koto' version of Judeau...wasn't enormously impressed w/AOW's :(
