You're just jealous! Two days are fine for me, I know how bad i smell in a time span of 7 hours. I couldn't put one towel in the torture of being used more then 2 days.Arresty wrote: And those who leave it on the floor, that is sick. It doesn't dry that way, and that is how mildew or mold starts to grow.

I can't believe that this thread has lasted for two pages...
Oh well, might as well join the crowd.
I'm ashamed to say this, but I only wash my towel when my next washing cycle is up. I don't know exactly how often that is, but it's at least more than two weeks. Or like Damien said, when it starts to smell.

do you clean yourself with your towel? why wouldn't you be clean when you're drying yourself?Malvado wrote:You're just jealous! The towel is not used to clean yourself, it is to soak up water. Didn't you ever watch Pulp Fiction?
edit: When Jules gets pissed, because Travolta's character wipes the blood on the towel. Jules remarks that he should have cleaned his hands first, then dried them off with the towel.
Same way I treat my towels, they are there to soak up moister and not to clean.
Anywho, it differs from person to person and that you all are here to talk about it is a good thing. Means you haven't died because your towel is dirty.
