1-4 has been released in French, but it has not been licensed in English thus far. I am continuing on from where the last scanlation group left it (I think it was mangaproject) and I might start from the beginning depending on several factors.

Nice a new EG project, i saw that there is an anime to this but since i prefer manga over anime any day of the week i will read this instead of the anime.

This serie brings back so many memories that i had as a kid when i was watching city hunter.
If u need help translating, (if the translations r in chinese) ill try to help after i finish my finals. However, i have no idea how good my english is, and how to translate the names from chinese to japanese.
