So basiclly she has 2 forms right (reminds me of that girl from dragon ball that sneezes), the cute lil dumb one and that crazy bitch one. And from what I see it gets tiggered by a hard hit of some sort. So what one is her real form the cute one or the crazy one?

The crazy bitch one is suppose to be her real form (what i gathered from the anime). watch the anime is already done with like 10 or so episodes. though i do wish it goes longer, or does the manga go longer then the anime?

Well I think that EG has about up to half way through volume 3 done. I have no idea however of how long the actual manga is or how long it will be.

Anime released stateside yet, or do I need to download it. I was kinda of curious about that as well. Read through what was currently aviailable. Want to go watch it now.

There's 85+ chapters and it's still on-going in japan afaik.

And yes the "crazy" one is somewhat her original personalilty. Although the anime seem to have implied there was a little more to it.

Will need manga for more details on that really...

EL anime is licensed actually, you won't see that on scarywater anywhere.
