Hey! I played ALOT...too much even...but that was the original Nintendo, not N64. Genetical or not (I personally think it's not), I think it is a problem, simply because procreation between same sex species is not possible and was not meant to be. I'm not saying that being gay is wrong, people are free to do whatever pleases them, but if the planet was filled only with homosexuals, then the human race would just die out before that generation is even over. That constitutes a problem I think.
And calling a defect is even worse than calling it a problem IMO.

I recall that my professor once stated that the majority of Ancient Greeks were into homosexuality. Homosexuality was part of Ancient Greek culture. Orgies involving them same sex were common. However, their race didn't just come to an end. They realized that sex among the same race would not lead to procreation. Their solution was to have sex with the opposite sex just for the sake of reproduction.

Since not all humans on this planet are gay i don't see why there is problem,the human kind is safe from extinction from that cause anyway so we can let everyone who wants to be a gay be..... a gay.

I was just using a basic example on why I think that homosexuality is not really "normal" by regular definitions of the word.

I believe it's more of a sexual preference. I know alot of guys that are born very feminine who turn out to be straight as an arrow. But there are also those that are born feminine that turn out to be gay. I don't know. All I know is I am me and I got my own problems to deal with.

However, interesting to note, I just seem to find a lot of homosexuality in nature (male dogs, two female cats, etc.)

I was told that alot of the ancient greek men were homosexuals was because most of them where in the army at one point or another. This caused them to experience prolonged times without contact with females. Well thats just what i was told by and old history teacher.

Well i remember seeing this sex ed show about homosexuality, explaining what elements makes a person attracted to the same sex. Essentially male homosexuals are attracted to other men because they have an excess of testosterone in their blood. Now for lesbians, i don't remember sorry:P. But the show also stated that human homosexuality (in reference to what other homosexual behavior we have observed in the wild) is also part social conditioning, depending on what kind of childhood education you've had from your parents. Me on the other hand agree with both statements, thought i am paraphrasing an 1 hour long show.
