I don't really find much mangas that are particularly funny, but maybe a smile here and there. I do quite enjoy the awkward humour in Genshiken, but not to the laugh out loud extent.

2. Welcome to the NHK, at least I laughed at a few scenes really hard
3. Fullmetal Alchemist, just as funny if not more than the anime

Rokudenashi Blues, Dorohedoro and High School got me going a few. But that's like 3 out of 400, so their aren't many for me. But animes are something else.

The funniest mangas ever created, believe it or not, are made by the same person Oh!great. Those mangas are tenjou tenge and air gear Ikki is hilarious on air gear and takayanagi is funnier than hell on tenjou tenge.

I've never read ippo but one piece is filled with toilet humor nothing good from what I've read but then again I'm no fan.

Toilet humor? What the hell are you talking about, the humor in One Piece isn't like that at all. Are you sure you're familiar with what that means, because I haven't seen many if any shit or sex jokes in OP.

Toilet humour or scatological humour is a type of off-colour humour dealing with defecation, urination, flatulence, regurgitation and other presumably disgusting bodily functions. Public reference to bodily functions is taboo in many cultures. This genre also sees substantial crossover with sexual humour, such as penis jokes.

You must not have read much, because that doesn't sound like One Piece at all. It's the best shonen manga there is (blows Naruto and Bleach out of the water), you just have to give it a while to build some steam. It's like an acquired taste, and it never stops getting better. I don't even freakin like toilet humor, get your facts straight, it's far from filled with that type of humor.

No manga or comic in history has made laugh as much and hard as Hajime No Ippo

Its not really comedy like School Rumble,Midori No Hibi and co but Takamura,Aoki,Kimura,Ippo has made me laugh so much. Its good humor, many types of jokes. From toiled to sick humor from Taka to more subtle humor. Its the manga version of the Simpsons at its best. Not haha humor but full of great humor.

Other funny mangas to me is School Rumble,Full Metal Alchemist,Midori No Hibi,Bowling King.

The reason i enjoy manga/anime are humor usually. Even the most generic manga have good humor.

I must admit I have a soft spot for silly stupid so My Name is Zushio is pretty amusing to me.

Can't forget to mention Yakitate Japan though. Those reactions are something else.
