Why am I seeing a blank post there by Botch? I've tried refreshing the page, is there supposed to be an imbedded video or a photo there or something?

Not sure what he did in his post or if youtube has done something to make it not work.

OK, I fixed up the youtube link.

The way to use the youtube tags is:

Code: Select all

[youtube]VmWVGY7hl3U[/youtube]

Which is basically the letters and numbers after the 'watch?v=' part of the link.

Well, now that it has been fixed, I must say that's a really nifty AMV. Someone did a really good job with it.

Yeah, the picture movements and transitions were simply awesome, though the background song was not precisely of my liking......

Anyway, whomever (or whoever) did this really put some effort on it, and the result is worthy of applause.

Hell yeah hehe. My friend with this MANGA music video took the 3rd place on the AMV contest "KTA 2007" in my country(Poland^^). And i think that is not only a good job for losing only with 2 amv's on AMV contest:P

Nice video but nothing too special in my eyes. Regarding the quality, that's just standard DVD quality encoded into divx. All "respectable" AMVs from amv.org have their footage ripped from the dvds.

I still think Wonders at your feet ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3y75PkoKyE ) is the best Berserk AMV although it technically isn't even one.

It's also going to be shown at Phoenix Comicon 2008 on the 27th, yay!

Yes, indeed. You must become a member, but it's defintely worth it, there's plenty of great amv's including this one. Thanks hbi2k.

Oh, yeah, sorry about that. I just assumed that anybody with an interest in AMVs would already have a membership there, since it's free and they kick ass.

Indeed. Animemusicvideos.org is the greatest site on the net when it comes to good AMVs. I'm registered there since over 6 years, uploaded 2 music videos I once made but the links are dead now and I can't be arsed to find them on my old PC and reup them... maybe sometime...
