I figured we have a Topic on anime we where currently watching and figured why not have one on the manga we are enjoying. also i guess you can vent manga you have read in the past that someone else might want to pick up and try out.

im planning to read through blame! soon i never got around to it and i feel im missing alot for that
i read Shin Angyo Onshi recently i highly reccommend it to everyone. It's main character is border line anti-hero, and the plot seems off at first but it gets pretty good (not the most amazeing thing ihave read but i iwsh more people did read it )

like most others here (i imagine) i patiently wait for berserk, gantz and zetman to come out, and recently been reading 07 ghost and soul eater as they come out.

What have you done? This thread is going to become another 70 page monster. For some reason that bothers me. XP

I've just been reading the regular stuff lately, though I did catch up on Shigurui, and that shit is oh so good, as I said in that thread. ;)

Well, we didnt have one of these for 2009 I guess. Not much coming out lately, I have like 180 series in my reading list and they are for most of them stopped.

In the last 2 weeks, I guess,
Usugui if youre into retarded character developpment,
Rereading Ravages of Time as it comes out in scanlation form,
Gamaran got some good fight scenes but the shonen ambiance just kills this series for me,
One Piece duh(little boring lately, maybe its too fast forward or the poison guy just sucks),
Berserk nothing happening again,
Vinland Saga slave trading again,
Worst I dont feel any intensity out of this, too empty and déjà vu to me
Wolf Guy nothing to say, Pumpkin Scissors, Veritas, Sengoku, HNI,
Gantz and Vagabond chaps are just too short, I stack them and read them every 6-7 months and its still short.
For Ublatt, UDDUP and Dorohedoro I buy the volumes so nothing new there,
Bunch of series that I find too lame to follow right now, no hair gear, Blitch, the ninja one?

Oh yeah and I've reread my Chonchus completely again, now rereading my Priests.

I'm reading Crossbone Gundam right now, and it's really cool! I recommend it to any true fans of Gundam out there who haven't read it yet. It's written by Tomino too, so you know it's good. ;)

Heh, cute, but no. It's a manga written by the creator of Gundam, Yoshiyuki Tomino. As for the name, it's a pirate thing, as in a Skull and Crossbones...and no, not the kind of pirates you're thinking of. It's actually a really good read, especially for only six volumes. ;)

Reading/Read Billy Bat. There's only 13 chapters out now so it's quick, but very good. The first 1.5 chapters are not how the rest of the manga is, so don't give up before then.

I'm reading Gantz and rereading Hana Kimi. Still looking for another good cross-dressing manga, like when girls pretend to be boys Mulan style, if anyone has a suggestion.

The manga im reading now are my new volume 14 of Claymore.

Scanlations of Hajime No Ippo. Trying to finish Miyata fight to catch up.

Also started collecting books of FMA. I have up to vol 14. Man does it ever get more serious awesome than even the great anime was after vol 10.

I just found this new (or old?) manga called 'Mercenary Pierre' that I'm really into. It's a lot like the Golden Age of Berserk, but the art's not as good and it's a less fantasy version of the Hundred Years War. My favorite part is that the main character tries to rape Jeanne d'Arc at the begging, and that's the premise for him wanting to find her because she talked him out of raping her. So far so good.

Read Saint Young Men, a comedy about Jesus and Buddha in Japan, doing random stuff. Quite funny. Make sure to DL them instead of online read, because the first 6 chaps have a file with translator notes.

My god, Alive! is the shit!
I'm still in the third chapter, and so far it's been incredible.
And to think I found it while looking for a crappy manga with a similar name I had been told was good (it is not).
Seriously people, check it out: http://www.onemanga.com/Alive

Im reading new grappler baki, baki son of ogre and garouden. Not much character development in these mangas, but the super artwork and good battles surely compensate for that. Too bad wfp only releases like every 4 months, but then they do release like 5 vols a time. Still cant wait for the new vols though
