Yeah, I should have probably made this post a little earlier, but whatever.

This is the funniest and worst olympics ever for these reasons:

1. THERE IS NO SNOW IN VANCOUVER IN THE WINTER!!!

2. We've already had a couple athletes die.

3. The fact that us actual Vancouverites don't give a shit about the games, only the parties that go along with it. But I'll admit, they are fucking fun.

4. Most BC residents didn't want an olympics here, we're just going along with it because we're Canadians and we're known worldwide for being passive.

On another note, I get to see Colbert live tomorrow morning, woot!

And here I thought they were just hit with an unexpected dry spell. The stubbornness of some people.

The amount of money they've spent trucking it in is going to be ridiculous.

I thought usually you hosted the Olympics for that boost in revenue. But then again look at Quebec and The Big O. That stadium sure went to a lot of good use after they built it for the Olympics.

Well, in Van they have long term plans for all the venues, so that's good. I personally am enjoying the awesome street parties every night. I'm going to take photos tomorow and post them so that all of you can be jealous.
