I'm sorry, but... what does "To be continued - NEXT TIME" mean exactly? It's different from "Till next time", right? Next issue of that magazine (however it's called)?

Also glad this falconia stuff seems to be over. Hopefully we will see Guts and the others progress on their pass in the next chapter. Still can't foresee at all how miura is going to bring this manga to an end. It still seems to be not even close to that point... but as long as the pace between this and the last chapter is going to keep up, everything is fine to me.

"'til next time" is the same as what was in this chapter, I just decided to change it to be more accurate to the raw. So it's the same as usual, no definitive date for next chapter.

very well done EG

I was actually surprised by Rickett's slapping of griffith. But, You can tell hes pissed in the last few panels, that cold emotionless face. While it doesnt concern with Guts, which I am simply waiting for, the story of rickett has actually given me a reason to like him now. Is he going to take the rest and leave the city?

I'm dying to see more of those moments, people who remember the Band of the Falcon, reacting to the current state of affairs with Griffith and the Neo Band of the Falcon. I'm wondering now if Rickert will want to join Guts in his crusade.

As always, thanks, EG.

In a way, Rickert already HAS joined Guts in his crusade, as the person who creates his various weapons. It's hard to imagine a more effective role for him, really, given the nature of the opponents they're up against.

I'm glad Rickert is no longer enamored by the bullshit of that Machiavellian rapist. Well deserve smack on that androgynous demon freak.

(I still like Griffth though. :P)

I agree... although you can never have to much Berserk... I wonder if there was a better way of distributing his manga if we would see more of it... like an online subscription or English version of Young animal... or even a different publication... here is to hopping

Damn it... I guess at this point it's completely hopeless. That guy used to do 2 volumes per year... now he's at 2 chapters per year.

I think the main problem with the newest hiatus is that neither Muira nor Young Animal have stated a reason for it. If Young Animal had at least said: "Miura is taking a vacation", then I doubt most people would feel as desperate for a new chapter as they probably feel right now.

More like "He saw the anime and decided to stop working on Berserk entirely."

Do you think Miura ever visited this forum ?

Holy f-k... been away for... literally months and nothing! This is so disappointing. I guess my theory was right, that Miura took his $$ from the anime and bought a shit-ton of opium and is currently zoned out. I at least hope if this is true, that he's creating story for the anime, you know, how some people work better while high?
