Earthquakes in Japan... Oh Sh**

Post by eldur »

Horrible things happening in Japan, not time for joking.

But I really really hope that Miura is safe...

I'll light a candle for japanese people and tourists trapped in that nightmare. We can only wait for now.

The ground splitting in the city in which he was born in. :(
Hope he doesn't live there anymore or wasn't there at the time.

As the local authority on earthquakes, I believe I have a duty, a most solemn obligation, to assure you all that Japan still has lots and lots of money.
Like, piles and piles of the stuff.
So much money.
So much.

Calm down, Miura is a very private person, and with all the devastation, informing his fans that he's alive is probably the last thing on his mind.

If I remember correctly, didn't he have the rest of Berserk already written if he were to kick the bucket unexpectedly?

I've never heard that, but it wouldn't surprise me. On the other hand, even if he has the story plotted out and outlined in insane detail (he very well might) I doubt anyone else could develop it and come even close to the job Miura would do.

The events surrounding Japan right now are profoundly tragic...if I could do something (that would actually help) I would.

I hope all those idiots misinterpreting the Mayan calendar weren't actually coincidentally correct--if this is a prelude to the feared apocalypse...that would be totally uncool.

(Not a time for jokes, but it doesn't stop Limbaugh from being a douche bag...as usual.)
