Good to hear Avatar doesn't suck. I'm going to watch it with friends next week and am really looking forward to it. The HD trailer looks awesome.

I'm reading Ciaphas Cain - Death or Glory at the moment, after finishing the omnibus Ciaphas Cain - Hero of the Imperium. All the Ciaphas Cain books are IMHO the very best novels that have ever been written inside the Warhammer 40k universe.

I usually go for instrumental stuff for my reading music as lyrics of whatever language tend to draw too much attention away from my reading. Most of them movie or game scores, like the Lord of the Rings, the Last Remnant, Pirates of the Carribbean and some such.

The campaign, however pissed me off. All the stuff that made the campaign in MW1 exciting became way overused. [spoiler]Roach seems to be very accident prone. Every time there's a possibility of him slipping and falling or losing consciousness, he does. It stops being a point of tension or exciteme...

Assassins Creed 2 is completely awesome. They really made everything that sucked, or even everything that wasn't top notch, in the first really better. There's a hint of GTA San Andreas with you having your own little town with your noble hideout which you can upgrade (both the hideout and the town)...

Dito. Died a few times especially in the later game, but not too much. Hard was really a huge step up from that though, and crushing was just insane with pretty much every bullet killing you.

If you really want lightning fast, pretty much the only option is rapidshare/megaupload/etc. While I get aroud 300-500 kbyte/s on a VERY good torrent, on megaupload I download stuff with 1,5 MByte/s which is just rediculous IMHO

War Machine pretty much nailed the specifics about torrents. And if you want older files that aren't available through torrents anymore, they won't be available through IRC either.
