Yeah, feel free to post something. I'll be making a few more myself. I'm sure a few people are probably already tired of seeing the girl from Air when she actually doesn't have anything to do with Evil Genius at all. Not to get off topic or anything but, for all the editors I know, I made a signatur...

I didn't laugh at this but the officer was justified in his actions. He repeatedly requested that she give him her license and she didn't. He politely asked her to step out of the car even though she was giving him all that talk and she refused. He asked her to put the cell phone down and get out of...

This is the kind of series I watch when it's completeled. Watching this kind of series a week apart will probably make me forget some stuff (same reason it was a better idea for me to watch Stand Alone Complex all at once). The only question I have is why is there like seven groups doing the same an...

It may be another season of Stand Alone Complex or probably a movie. No idea yet but there is certainly something in the works.

Hopefully going to my sister's step show since. She has been practicing almost everyday since two weeks ago. Spring Break is next week so some of my friends might have a party or two but I don't really feel like going anywhere for real.

Yeah, but Ippo is not at the Rookie King anymore! He's climbed the ladder to become the Japanese champion, defended the belt what, 7-8 times, all KO's? He met peoples who fought dirty and went past them, and he saw plenty of people play dirty tricks (hell he even has one in his own gym!). That's pl...

I see. 24 is the only series I kept up with aside from Grey's Anatomy and that was only for two episodes (Code Black, I mean they had to take a cannonball out of some guy's chest). 24 is excellent despite that it was kind of weak once or twice. In all honestly, if you're going to watch a series on t...

As a character, Eagle was respectable but also easy to forget. He came to Japan fully expecting to get the best challenge he could and wasn't suprised when he got it. He wasn't arrogant or conceited. He was a professional guy who was testing himself. As a boxer, he was just your typical textbook fig...

One of the best parts about Stand Alone Complex to me was the dialogue. It was engaging enough that sometimes I had to rewatch some scenes before I could actually piece stuff together for real. The way the action, political drama, and such thought provoking conversations between characters combined ...

We have many threads of this nature, check the anime recommedation thread somewhere here and the 'currently watching' thread to check out what's new and trendy to watch. I don't know, I'll leave this thread open if anyone wants to help the lad out with the anime choices and rating. Personally I che...

Fate Stay/Night is so overrated. I'm not quite sure why everyone recommended it to me, but I didn't really like it. It's not overly amazing but it's above average that's for sure. It's not my favorite anime but, like I said, I'm a Type-Moon fan so anything from them gets an alright from me. For me,...

Wow, I thought I was one of the only people who felt like that. Hinata is my favorite female character also (Tenten is a pretty close second though). She is an alright character right now but I want to see her be featured at least a bit more. That aside I'm not as interesting in Naruto as I am in Bl...

Ah, I was perfectly fine with Full Metal Alchemist and I enjoyed the series. I liked the movie also. Either way, I'm keeping track of a few series: Mushishi: Episode 13 I was going to wait on it to be complete but I think it was Old Mystic that said it was one of his favorite series so I decided to ...

I just caught up the other day and I'm glad to see that things have got more interesting. Other than the upcoming fights, I really like the friction between the characters. I just learnt about Yakuza's disbanding from your post, they didn't notify us about anything. One of the shittest reasons to why joints suck. It was all a one sided project anyway, I didn't have any control over the project and the only thing that we did was put our name on the file name and provid...

Seriously man, come on. What good do you expect some talk from fellow Muslims to do when military intervention hasn't done much to already deter the radicals? With that way of thinking, I would be in a wrong just because a fellow American I don't even know got up and killed someone. I would be wrong...

exactly, the muslims objecting to the cartoons are just objecting because of vast generalizations regarding the debate and have stereotyped westerners in this manner, you're quite right. They are objecting to the cartoons because they are offended not by what is perceived as a uninformed opinion de...

Well violence in [Muslim] countries bloody well is very common, and I don't see you actually denying it, you're only objecting because you don't like it. Murder : The United States has the 24th highest murder rate in the world at 0.04 murders per thousand individuals. Of the countries with higher m...

Were you aware that the same editor of the Jyllands-Posten allegedly refused to publish a Jesus cartoon (and one that was deemed as mildy humorous by some local Christian authorities, at that?). Why, yes. I am aware of it. Have you personally seen the cartoons? Why, yes. I have. Did it occur to you...

I fully support the right to post the image where you want to but I don't support that cartoon at all. I find it completely tasteless that someone would even do something like that and then wonder why everyone is upset. Equally, I'm disappointed that people responded like that to it instead of doing...

Dark Horse are probably the best when it comes the matters like this but, without doubt, CMX are the worst. They edited Tengo Tenge so it could drop a rating but it took out so much content that a lot of people who originally intended to buy it didn't want to anymore after seeing a few of the edits....

I'm curious, how could you rehabiliate a rapist? How does the therapy work? Giving them pictures of old women in swimsuits? Oh, don't forget 'chemically rehabilating' them. While it will, of course, deter them from doing more serious damage if you know what I mean they still would need to undergo s...
