This is a great series. My avitar is actually a scaled down picture I colored of Thorfinn.

The only place I have found with City Hunter scans is manga daisuki who is probably what you already referenced. They have made it up to volume number 8 in their releases though. Sadly the North American license of it was dropped after 5 volumes.
