Re: Berserk 363 - Leaping Monkey
Thanks EG.
Damnit I just turned 40. I was a lot younger when I started reading this... weird way to realize how much time has passed.

Re: Berserk 2017 Anime
Crunchyroll deal with Steam includes the first season: http://store.steampowered.com/news/30288/
Here's the 12 episode bundle page: http://store.steampowered.com/app/600850/Berserk/ ('on sale' right now, $4.08).
Think Miura will see any of this?

I wager Miura spent his last long hiatus drawing/sketching all of these pages.

Re: The _really long_ Berserk Theory
Nice theory, haven't seen one so worked in a long time, sorry that I disagree. Something I cannot let pass silently: (if Miura does not die before Berserk is finished!) DON'T YOU OR ANYBODY EVER THINK OF THIS AGAIN. Thanks. As many of the replies already stated these facts: 1. a 'Good' 'Creator' 'Go...

The chapter will probably take me ages. You'll be lucky if I can have it completed within 12-16 hours. The reason for this time is that not only is there a large number of double pages, but there is a shitload of detail as well. That just means this will be a good rewarding wait. Take your time! An...

I have to agree about CDisplay, but since my windows hard disk started to experience mechanical failures... I was in a need of something (at least) as good as CDisplay for Linux, and found that little thing, coded in c++ using wxWidgets, being myself a programmer (currently playing with wxPython), I...

Nice alternative to CDisplay.
Just found it a couple of days ago, it works in any OS that supports wxWidgets and works pretty nice.

Yes, but it has to be too much explicit (to your eyes, exposing a picture), this story is too much explicit to your brain.TheDarkness wrote:geesh just go to http://www.rotten.com and look around for a while.... It's worse then this here story

The author is Chuck Palahniuk. Weeks ago I was hearing in the radio some news about some writer signing books in a library. And the weird news was about that, when that author (I didn 't even paid attention to his name at that moment) started reading a piece of his work out loud. The radio was sayin...

(well not only cursed, I also kicked his ass for this). So I bet you will curse me too. But It's still a worthy read for those who like this kind of literature, and Berserk may be among of this kind too. I'll link it meanwhile, tell me guys if it deserves to be quoted entirely in this post and I'll ...

Re: What are the aspects of a good Story
Basically I'm asking what do you think makes a good story? A moral/emotional rollercoaster? Betrayal or a plot twister? Give examples as you please. Read "The Count of Montecristo". This is a Novel, but I though of it as the right example that you need, basically because the "love tr...
