Not 100% sure, but I think it's said in the bible that the Devil looks like a goat/ram, with many horns(or something along those lines), giving him one of his alternate names, "The Beast".

Ironic that "The Beast" is a name given to Guts' manifested darkness, no?

I think Guts used Zodd because there wasn't much else he could do. He had to grab hold of him to stay alive, and even if he had jumped off, he'd be S.O.L, cause the emperor wants him dead. Might as well take care of one threat at a time, right?

I'm banking on there being a Guts/Zodd combo against the emperor. I don't know how well it'll hurt him, but I would love to see those two do some damage to something
