i think they did but took their links down because of licensing.

all of volume 22 and chapters 207-212 (the latest raw) (by KO-Scans. Everything before was scanned from the vix edition by m-s). why? 1. Where's volume 23? Why do you guys have scanlations for volume 22 and 24, but not 23? Well, here's why: we started scanlating the newest chapters (207 at the time)...

i checked lurk and they have chapters 1-3, v8, 15 and 30 so i have no idea what is up with the scanlations of this series

Unfortunately all the translators flock to that stuff. Thank god hajime no ippo and berserk have great teams behind them. I wish the same could be said about one of my other favorite series (jojo's bizarre adventure, especially series 4)
