Just read Sprite. It's a good story, and well drawn. Without spoiling too much it's about adventuring and some people who can see time (as a physical thing) and trying to escape from it. Highly recommend it, but the releases seem a bit unregular.

Just read all chapters of Azumi. It's really good. Like a mix of the movies Zatoichi and the manga Lone wolf and cub. It's a well drawn manga about a female ninja in the era of Tokugawa Ieyasu.

A bit unrealistic that he would be punished that way considering his status and i think the wars really lack in strategy, but it's a good manga never the less. I enjoyed it. 179 chapters out now

In both action heavy mangas the farming arcs came as a surprise. Even more surprising is how good they are (imho).

Which one you like the best? Personally i think it's a close call, but my vote goes for Vinland saga.

This anime is just amazing. Only two episodes out as I write, but they are phenomenal. I'm reading the manga as well so I know the story is great too so give it a try and get hooked. i wouldnt compare it to berserk, but i really liked it as well. it felt more like a non mecha rahxephon from what i recall. anyhow i also recommend it

By the way, how does parrying while blocking work? I just found out. Before when you pressed L2 while still holding L1 (with a small or medium shield), you would parry after releasing L1. Now the parrying goes off directly upon pressing L2 even while holding L1. edit: just became a darkwraith SL 1 ...

To be honest i have no idea how parrying while blocking works. Truth be told i suck at parrying. I prefer to just block with shield and hit them right afterwards or back stab (safer).
