It’s a whole new manga. Written but not drawn by Miura.

    So, Miura is spending time writing a new manga, when he could be instead working on Berserk. I suppose I will try this to see what it is like, but I’m not getting my hopes up. Miura’s artwork in Berserk is really amazing, but he is a great storyteller too, so let’s see what this is all about.

    I really would prefer he spend his time on Berserk, though. He has really spoiled us all with how incredible Berserk is.

    Interesting. This kind of transition probably makes a lot of sense for Miura as he gets older. Desk work is also physically taxing and manga esp so due to the nature of the industry. I’ll be keen to see Miura write more and draw less as we’ll probably see more consistent work from him that way. His artwork is fantastic for sure but it’s not worth the cost of deteriorating his health. Thank you as always for the translation

    Thanks for the Miura.

    Is it just me or does this look similar to his art?

    At this rate, it should be better to delegate the rest of the Berserk story to another mangaka….He’s waiting to die before finish with only 359 chapters….???

    Not writen, he only did the incipt.

    @james
    I think it might be you. It doesn’t look anything like Miura’s art to me.

    @Carabuck
    Berserk without Miura would not be Berserk at all. Delegating it to another mangaka is a terrible idea, IMHO. Give him time, he’s not that old yet. We just got a chapter a few weeks ago.

    Detail is a bit lacking but drawing is Miura’s style, especially children’s heads.
    Probably some guys from his team.
    Should Kentaro pass out finishing his craft, those could provide a visually satisfying wrap-up.
