An end of the alphabet release today. Just need to find something that starts with V, X, and Y to complete the end. Those letters need some love too.
That’s right. An entire freaking volume. Here’s the one paragraph intro:
The story is set in a dystopian alternative universe where any kind of substances able to alter the state of mind is legalized and available to be consumed at home or in designated places called Pomp Bar.
These products, once considered very dangerous, are now advertised on TV and the bartender choose those ones more suited to their customers or serve them his special cocktails.
A drug for everything! Including when you get the itch to be Peter Pan for an afternoon. Or really high as a kite. What’s not to like?

thank you sooo much for scanlating zetman! ive fallen head over heels with this manga lately… tho its so sad seeing jin coping with so much shit.. >< good on him since he's such a great guy n i cnt help but sympathize with him as a character. i somehow wish for a happy ending to this saga but with what has been happening i doubt itll happen *sigh. looking very much to the next chapters! keep up the good works guys!

Wow. As many others I come here for Berserk but I pick up what I can get.

I keep hearing about this rumor that originated on the Neogaf forums that the anime production studio 4°C is working on another season or a continuation of the Berserk anime. This site here even has frames from the anime that were supposedly leaked by someone who knew someone involved: http://zotaku.com/2009/08/18/berserk-season-2-rumor/
Do any of you know whether there is any legitimacy in this rumor, or is this just net garbage?

Thanks, I’m a huge fan of the series as well as the anime. Needless to say, it has been far to long in waiting for some kind of resolution to the chaos of the eclipse. I know this is probably really old news to all of you, but I’m pretty sure my jaw dropped when I saw those pictures attached to the rumor.
Thanks for your info, and good Lord do I ever hope those pictures hold truth. The art style seems remarkably updated, and more appropriate for the story. I just hope the English and Japanese seiyuu are either those from the first season, or a more dramatic bunch. I think Toshihiko Seki would be a great choice to voice Guts.

Closest thing I can think of when I read Ultra Heaven is Homunculus.
Not sure what the state of that manga is, I read a few volumes a while back, and loved it.
If you like Ultra Heaven, I readily suggest it.

Ultra Heaven’s like a hybrid between Paranoia Agent’s weird storyline and Berserk’s ultra detailed, almost grotesque art style.
All you need is some Hirasawa techno-funk playing in the background and the psychedelic experience is complete.
